I'd stick with what you have.

Brown has been solid lately and is starting to produce as expected. I like him better than Muhamid, but it's really a crapshoot as they are basically the same guy.

I would easily take James Jones over Muhammad at this point. He has put up surprisingly very good #'s up to this point. I would also take R. Brown as well over Muhammad. Your other 3 are solid.

Along with TO, I was going to start Galloway vs Arizona.

If Branch doesnt play (which is looking likely) should I grab Engram off waivers and play him instead, vs Cleveland?

He had a decent game in week 8, which is marginal because he did get 105 yards, but no TD's. Oh yeah, he played MIN, bottom of the barrel vs. the pass. Before that he's done nothing, so I don't see that he's starting to produce. Moose at least has scored in 3 of his last 5. Jones looks like he has talent, but he's still #3 on GB.

Branch didn't practice Thursday and is a game-time decision. Engram would be a good play, but again, you might not get use out of him the rest of the way.

I'm kinda in the same situation. I've got "Ok" WR's. I've looked for some better ones in FA but they're just different "OK" WR's. Look at it this way. If you drop one of your WR's, someone is going to pick him up. Why do someone else a favor.

Stick with what you've got.
