12 team league, 3 keepers, yardage and TDs, .5/recp

Keepers were Larry Johnson, Javon Walker, and Terrell Owens. Yeah I know keeping TO? I had the option of keeping either Drew Bennett or Gonzo, so you can blast me for keeping him if you want.

Starting lineup:1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1DEF

K-RB Larry Johnson
K-WR Javon Walker
K-WR Terrell Owens
1.03-RB Edge (Could have taken Rudi here. We'll find out if I should have.)
2.10-WR Plaxico Burress
3.03-RB Mike Bell
4.10-TE Todd Heap(Tony Gonzalez, Jeremy Shockey, Antonio Gates, Dallas Clark, Jason Witten, Alge Crumpler, and Randy McMichael were all either drafted or kept at this point.)
5.03-QB Jake Plummer(10 QBs kept, not to mention the three drafted.)
6.10-WR Troy Williamson
7.03-QB Kurt Warner
8.10-TE Courtney Anderson
9.03-WR Mark Clayton
10.10-RB Wali Lundy
11.03-WR Samie Parker
12.10-K Nate Kaeding
13.03-RB Greg Jones
14.10-QB Alex Smith
15.03-DEF San Diego
16.10-WR David Kircus

I too would of kept TO given your situation.

Is there a limit on how long you can keep a player? If there is, I like Edge over Rudi, but if you can keep them as long as you want, I woulda gone with Rudi.(But pairing them up with LJ makes them look even better as #2s)

I like Heap this year with McNair throwing to him.

I think you'll end up starting Warner more than Plummer, and Im surprised you got him that late.

I like Parker in the 11th, and like Jones espescially in the 13th.

If you pick the rigth QB to play on a week by week basis, i think you are looking really good

There is a limit on keepers, three years including the year drafted. But in the case of Edge vs. Rudi it doesn't matter at all. No first round picks may be kept.

Knowing your league always helps. I had Warner well above Plummer on my draft board but was pretty sure I could get Warner later than Plummer. And I did. I plan on starting Warner for the most part when healthy.

I was shocked Greg Jones was there in the 13th. I should have taken him instead of Lundy, three rounds earlier.

We had a rookie drafting and he has by far the worst team. Too much homerism, etc.

Team 1 started out great, two of his keepers were Palmer and Tiki, then went on to draft SA and Randy Moss. That's where it fell apart for him though. He didn't take another WR until round 7. So behind Moss he has Greg Jennings, Moulds, Sinorice, McCareins, and Travis Taylor.

Team 2 had Brady, Santana, and Fitz as keepers. Drafted LT and Dillon, then Horn at WR.

Team 4 kept 2 QBs Roll Eyes and Gates. Got Rudi and Droughns then Housh, McCardell, and Drew Bennett at WR. With Reggie Brown and TJ Duckett as backups.

Team 5 kept Steven Jackson and Steve Smith got Peyton, Chester Taylor, Shockey, Thomas Jones, and Fred Taylor in the first 5 rounds. But after Steve Smith he's got Givens, Jenkins, Toomer, and Berrian as his WRs.

Team 6 kept 2 QBs, again and McGahee. Got Parker, Driver, and Lee Evans in the first 3.

Team 7 kept Julius, Brees, and Wayne. Then went on to stretch for players throughout the draft. Fishing for keepers instead of really trying to compete this year.

Team 8 kept LaMont and Chambers. Then got Hasselbeck, Andre Johnson, Gore, Glenn, Barlow, and Keyshawn to start his draft.

Team 9 kept Ronnie Brown, Portis and Big Ben. He went on to draft pretty well. Chad Johnson, Marvin Harrison, Roy Williams, Gonzo, McAllister, Indy DEF, Braylon Edwards, TE-Alex Smith, Stallworth, McNair, Tynes. His first draft too. Real nice team.

Team 10 kept Delhomme, Caddy, and Witten. Went on to get Westbrook, Boldin, Galloway, Ahman, Michael Clayton, Matt Jones, Brad Johnson, and LJ Smith. Also got Maroney and Vincent Jackson.

Team 11. Don't ask. Rookie drafter with homer tendancies.

Team 12 kept Chris Brown, McMichael, and Dunn. Took Dom probably too early in the first. Then Holt, Bulger, Coles.

I should compete as long as I stay away from injuries.

You got a steal with Heap there. Little early for Mike Bell, I think. Overall I like. If To and Warner stay on the field all year, will be tough.

Ravage, I'm a little confused. Why would you waver on keeping TO, but keep Walker? That's the one that has me scratching my head.

It's not the talent. Far from that. I like keepers that are in sure situations, they may fall me physically but not the way TO might. It's volitile personality I fear.

His upside was way too much to pass up on though. When he plays he may be the best WR in the NFL.
