Figure I'ld make it.

I could have kept Portis but I figured why bother when its possible maybe someone else could fall. I knew at the very least I would get him back betting Boomer was gonna keep atleast 2. Best on the board and should be a solid #1.

I hate having a chief on my team and I hate having a player I'm rooting against twice a year. That being said, I gave up keeping Edge for him so I think I made out better. Time will tell.

Sorry for the delay, I was doing some remodeling at home this weekend and barely looked at a computer. Right before I went to bed one night I saw I was up but didn't have a spreadsheet handy.

Other than rookies for the dynasty league drafts, I'm in the same boat.

Messiah sent me a PM and told me he would like to select Dick "Night Train" Lane with his next selection.

Hopefully once we get rolling with everyone this thing will go by a bit quicker. For these early rounds, if all involved could log in at least once or twice a day we could bang it out a lot quicker.

May as well ask this now as we may not make it to my first pick before I take off. Can I email one of you a list to draft for me. Would kinda prefer somebody at the front of the draft order but I'll take whatever I can get.

On the bright side, at this rate I may end up only missing one or two picks before I return on wednesday Big Grin

Trade:

Glass sends Westbrook, 7th, and 9th
to Messiah for 2nd, 3rd, 5th...

I will update the draft order momentarily.

With Lewis and alot of other quality players on the board, I thought this trade would give me alot of quality depth without losing alot on the starting lineup. Jamal Lewis is a top 5-10 RB, and I get 4 more picks before the 5th round to compliment Lewis, TO, and AJ. Messiah gets a monster tandem with Westbrook and Portis.

I had a few directions to go in, but decided to go with Maroney. I know I'm going to have weeks where he's just not going to be utilized that much, but a good young RB on a powerhouse offense is never a bad thing.

I had a rough time with my RB's last year with Edge and A. Green as my 1-2. I'm much happier so far replacing them with Johnson and Maroney.

At one pick per day, some of your spectators are going to go watch men's tennis. Smile

TenTimes, since I'm not in the league, if you want me to make your picks from a list, I can do it. I'm not doing anything but waiting for training camp injuries right now.

Thanks, I'll go this route. I'll be sending the list when I get around to it, probably Thursday night at the latest.

sorry for the delay guys. I was checking all week and nothing happened so figured I wouldnt be up yet. Might need someone to tap me on the shoulder in the 4th round though since its a long way off.

As for the trade, Glass said it right. I get a monster tandom in Portis and Westbrook (#2 and 3 for Rbs laster year). Lewis would have been my pick and the upgrade from Lewis to Westbrook was worth the 3rd and 5th i figured.
