Rather than get into a major issue, I'll just leave it at not being in favor of anything related to GPS systems or the ability to track things in such detail. For everything that has one good purpose, there are doubtless hundreds of evil ones.

Yeah, based on looking at my house, those pics are at least 6-7 years old. Google seems to have updated fairly recently based on some of the things I've seen. But they too are probably only updating every few years.

Google Earth is at least 4 years old. My house is still a bunch of woods. Same with the one Manzier posted.

Some is older, some is newer. When I ran it about 3 or 4 months ago it was missing a few business from the community I moved from. They were built about 3 years back. Now they are there. It is likely updated on a regular basis, but the length of time it takes to acquire the images is pretty significant. Plus priority is likely given to more populated areas.
