Should I take it?

Depends on the rest of your team. How bad do you need a RB?

I need a RB and QB.

I have Grossman and Leinart.

and

RB's are K Jones, Rhodes, and Foster.

1. You don't need a QB. Even if you did, Carr isn't an upgrade to either of those 2.
2. Your RB's aren't great, but unless you start 3 RB's, Ronnie Brown isn't a huge upgrade to KJ or Foster. Definitely not at the loss of S. Smith.

I have a confession to make. I was offering the trade and I was turned down on this deal and I couldn't believe it. I am one Super Star WR from winning my league.

Eli rocks, Gore and Taylor go for 100 plus every week. Gonzo, Gould and Dallas DE get the job done but my WR's kill me every week.

I have Chad Johnson, Terry Glenn, Lee Evans and Antonio Bryant. OK on paper but they get killed by my opponents WR's every week!

I do like Carr better than Grossman and Leinart. Carr has been very consistent and has a lot more experience than the other two.

Ronnie Brown was my number one pick and is in the top ten for RB's in scoring. I drafted him 6 spots higher than Steve Smith and I can't get him.
