Team 1 trades Jerricho Cotchery, Matt Hasselbeck and Vernand Morency to Team 2 for Jesse Chatman, Jay Cutler and DeShaun Foster.

We're certainly not talking about great talent here going either direction. I don't really see that there is much disparity in this trade at all.

Seems pretty close to to me. Definitely nowhere near lopsided enough to claim collussion, etc.
