I'd consider Green and Eli for one of his QB's and either Parker, James, or Lynch. That's relatively fair.

Hasselbeck is already ahead of Eli in FP, and Green has virtually no trade value whatsoever. So how does one go about getting a #1 RB and possibly Hass for basically just Eli? This will never happen. Even if it's Warner, your opponent doesn't need another QB. He'd be giving you a starting RB for free. Not to mention, you have two good QB's already. You can get away with starting Addai and MJD, but where you're hurting most is at WR. I'd try to pry Fitz from him, but you'll likely have to give up a starter somewhere. The problem with any trade scenario is that your teams are fairly identical.
