I can carry over one keeper from my last year's roster into this year's roster. Who should I keep. My first instinct was Shaun Alexander, but his health/durability is questionable. Joseph Addai may be a solid choice as Dominic Rhodes is not in Indy anymore - same can be said for Laurence Maroney with Corey Dillon gone. Or, should I keep Carson Palmer - although QB's are easier to obtain than quality RB's. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Pick Just one Keeper that will remain on my roster this year:

QB - Carson Palmer (Cin)
RB - Shaun Alexander (Sea)
RB - Joseph Addai (Ind)
RB - Laurence Maroney (NE)
WR - Marvin Harrison (Ind)
WR - Donald Driver (GB)

Right off the top, eliminate all non-RBs as all your backs would go in any draft ahead of the rest.

Skip is on the money. Then it's just a matter of which RB you like. I'd probably rank them Addai, Alexander and Maroney. However, if you ask me later today or tomorrow I might flip flop Alexander and Addai. I think Maroney is easily 3rd in the list.

If it's PPR, I'd go Addai. If not, I'd consider Alexander. Either way, it's one of those 2. I'd also keep Addai since he's more likely to be a keeper next year too instead of Alexander at this point.
