Rudi Johnson was just dropped into my leagues waiver wire. Our league only allows six RBs per team. Therefore, if I have to drop someone for Johnson, it would probably be Thomas Jones IMO.

Question 1: Looking at my roster, is it worth dropping Thomas Jones for Rudi Johnson?

In addition, after noticing that Greg Olsen did not record a catch yesterday vs OAK, I'm now debating whether Olsen will truly be the #1 TE in CHI for the rest of the year. Looking at my waiver wire, there are limited choices at the TE position. Here are some of the available TEs on the waiver wire:

L. Pope, D. Lee, E. Johnson, A. Smith, D. Martin, J. King

Question 2: Would you drop Olsen for any of the TEs mentioned above?

TIA

Roster:
QB - Warner, Delhomme
RB - LT, MJD, T. Jones, C. Perry, S. Morris, T. Hightower
WR - T.J. Housh, T. Holt, D. Driver, D. Henderson
TE - L.J. Smith, H. Miller, J. Carlson
K - R. Longwell
DEF - Cardinals, Seahawks

I would probably drop Chatman and pick up Rudi. Actually if you could, I would try to do a package trade where you send someone like Chatman or T.Jones or maybe Edge and a WR like Chambers, Branch, or even Driver to upgrade a WR spot. Then with the available spot I would pick up Rudi.

As for TE...I would drop Olsen and pick up D.Lee.

Forgot to mention that L.J. Smith is also available (if that makes any difference?)

I'd pick Donald too. He's very involved in the offense and will remain so.

As for the RB I really don't see an improvement over anyone you have. Rudi has not been the same and may never be the same, at least for this year.

I think I'd keep Olsen. Despite limited playing time the 1st 4 games, he only trails Lee 32-24 in you scoring system. He'll only get better.

I agree on both counts.
