I'd take Parker/Housh.

You're obviously hoping the WR upgrade outways the RB downgrade. Holt and Williams are the better WR's for me. Cincy has looked out of whack, and you know C.Johnson has got to come alive at some point. Holt and Williams look like superheroes out there and they are the unquestioned number ones for their teams.. Either of those guys coupled with Reggie Williams (surprising #1) gives you a great starting tandem. It comes down to who do you like better, Gore or Edge. The Cardinals just fired the O.C.(was it because he didn't run enough?). But Gore will have some big games and the 49ers plan of replacing him in short-yardage didn't take, so he should comtinue to score. Good luck.
